We help businesses run more efficiently by using an AI that manages their digital sales channels. The AI will create your social media content and manage it for you. Throughout this Privacy Policy we'll refer to our websites, mobile applications, and other products and services collectively as "Services." Below we explain how we collect, use, and share information about you, along with the choices that you have with respect to that information.

Content information: You might provide us with information about you or your business when interacting with our AI in Lema application (text prompt or any media or files you upload that includes biographic information about you, product details, price).
Communications with us: You may also provide us with information when you respond to surveys, communicate with our team members about a support question, or sign up for a newsletter. When you communicate with us via form, email, or otherwise, we store a copy of our communications (including any call recordings as permitted by applicable law).

Information We Collect from Other Sources

We may also get information about you from other sources. For example:

Third Party Login: If you create or log in to your Lema account through another service (e.g. Instagram) we'll receive associated login information (e.g. a connection token, your username, your email address).
Social Sharing Services: If you connect your website or account to a social media service (e.g. Instagram), we'll receive information from that service (e.g. your page name, basic profile information, past posts data) via the authorization procedures for that service. This data may also be used to improve our AI models and manage features more seamlessly.
Ad Account Information: When you connect third party services to publish an ad, we may access certain user data such as your Ad Manager Configuration (the network code and your ad units) and your analytics data to improve our AI models and manage features more seamlessly.

Information We Collect Automatically

We also collect some information automatically:

Log information: Like most online service providers, we collect information that web browsers, mobile devices, and servers typically make available, including the browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, referring site, the date and time of access, operating system, and mobile network information.
Transactional information: When you make a purchase through our Services, we collect information about the transaction, such as product details, purchase price, and the date and location of the transaction.
Usage information: We collect information about your usage of our Services. For example, we collect information about the actions that you perform when interacting with our AI in Lema app.
